Interim Consulting
This form of consulting is often required to ascertain if a particular exercise would be beneficial for an entity’s B-BBEE status.
B-BBEE Planning
This form of consulting takes on a longer-term approach. A plan of action is formulated to assist the entity to achieve its B-BBEE goals and targets. This process entails continuous analysing, strategizing and support provision to the entity, taking into account each entity’s unique characteristics and challenges.
B-BBEE VERIFICATION
In association with various SANAS accredited agencies, HLBC provides B-BBEE verification services. During this process all relevant B-BBEE documentation and facts are verified and a SANAS accredited B-BBEE certificate is issued.
EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
Many aspects required from designated employers in South Africa, are often overlooked while attempting to comply to the requirements set by the Employment Equity Act. HLBC focuses on Employment Equity Compliance, Analysis, Planning and Reporting, which are all vital components to comply. Guidance and assistance are provided throughout the year.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Skills Development solutions are planned and executed by qualified Skills Development Facilitators in conjunction with our sister company, Phambili Ukuchuma (Pty) Ltd, which is a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
Occupational Health and Safety consulting is done by a NEBOSH qualified specialist. We prepare Safety Files and offer consulting on an ad hoc basis.
ISO
Qualified and experienced consultants create the ISO systems. Assistance through the certification process is also provided. We mainly focus on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. We have however assisted a number of clients with ISO systems outside of those mentioned above.
